To celebrate the 300th Anniversary of the beginning of the Georgian era, BBC4 has dedicated to the event a three-part documentary series, The First Georgians, hosted by Lucy Worsley,  in partnership with the exhibition The First Georgians: Art &  Monarchy 1714-1760, opened from 11th April to 12th October at the Queen’s Gallery at Buckingham Palace.
